Transportation Code § 545.417","heading":"OBSTRUCTION OF OPERATOR'S VIEW OR DRIVING MECHANISM.","body":"(a) An operator may not drive a vehicle when it is loaded so that, or when the front seat has a number of persons, exceeding three, so that:\n(1) the view of the operator to the front or sides of the vehicle is obstructed; or\n(2) there is interference with the operator's control over the driving mechanism of the vehicle.\n(b) A passenger in a vehicle may not ride in a position that interferes with the operator's view to the front or sides or control over the driving mechanism of the vehicle.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
