Transportation Code § 545.429","heading":"OPERATION OF MINIATURE VEHICLE.","body":"(a) In this section, \"miniature vehicle\" has the meaning assigned by Section 502.001.\n(b) A person may operate a miniature vehicle on a public highway only if:\n(1) the vehicle has been registered and titled in accordance with the laws of this state; and\n(2) the vehicle is capable of operating in compliance with applicable traffic laws in this title.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 505 (S.B. 1816), Sec. 4, eff.
