Transportation Code § 547.104","heading":"SLOW-MOVING-VEHICLE EMBLEM STANDARDS.","body":"The director shall adopt standards and specifications that:\n(1) apply to the color, size, and mounting position of a slow-moving-vehicle emblem; and\n(2) at the time adopted, correlate with and conform as closely as practicable to the standards and specifications adopted or approved by the American Society of Agricultural Engineers for a uniform emblem to identify a slow-moving vehicle.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
