Transportation Code § 547.208","heading":"JUDICIAL REVIEW AND JUDICIAL ENFORCEMENT.","body":"(a) A person may appeal an order entered under Section 547.207 to a district court in Travis County only if a hearing was held by the department and the person:\n(1) is aggrieved by the order; and\n(2) appeared at the hearing on compliance.\n(b) The department may bring suit in a district court of Travis County for an injunction to prohibit the manufacture, offer, distribution, or sale of an item of vehicle equipment that is the subject of a department order entered under Section 547.207.
