Transportation Code § 548.3075","heading":"LIMITED EMISSIONS INSPECTIONS.","body":"(a) In this section, \"limited emissions inspection\" means an emissions inspection of a motor vehicle conducted only by using the onboard diagnostic system of the vehicle.\n(b) A department rule that allows an inspection station to perform a limited emissions inspection of a motor vehicle may not restrict the number of limited emissions inspections conducted by the station.\nAdded by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1110 (H.B. 715), Sec. 1, eff.
