Transportation Code § 548.506","heading":"FEE FOR CERTIFICATION AS INSPECTOR.","body":"(a) The commission by rule shall establish reasonable and necessary fees for certification as an inspector.\n(b) The fees established under this section may not be less than an amount equal to:\n(1) $25 for initial certification until August 31 of the even-numbered year following the date of certification; and\n(2) $25 as a certificate fee for each subsequent two-year period.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
