Transportation Code § 548.604","heading":"PENALTY FOR CERTAIN VIOLATIONS.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person operates or moves a motor vehicle, trailer, semitrailer, pole trailer, or mobile home, or a combination of those vehicles, that is equipped in violation of this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter.\n(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $200.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
