Transportation Code § 55.007","heading":"DUTIES OF COMMITTEE.","body":"(a) The committee shall:\n(1) prepare the maritime port mission plan described by Section 55.008;\n(2) review each project eligible to be funded under this chapter and make recommendations for approval or disapproval to the department; and\n(3) advise the commission and the department on matters relating to port authorities.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 103 (S.B. 1959), Sec. 3, eff.
