Transportation Code § 623.105","heading":"PENALTY FOR COMPENSATING CERTAIN UNLAWFUL ACTIONS.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person:\n(1) provides compensation to another for the movement of a manufactured home over a highway, road, or street in this state; and\n(2) knows the other person is not authorized by law to move the home.\n(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of $1,000.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 338, Sec. 49, eff.
