Transportation Code § 623.126","heading":"FORM OF PERMIT.","body":"(a) A permit issued under this subchapter must:\n(1) contain the name of the applicant;\n(2) be dated and signed by the director of the department or a designated agent;\n(3) state the make and model of the portable building unit or units to be transported over the highways;\n(4) state the make and model of the towing vehicle;\n(5) state the combined length and width of the portable building unit or units and towing vehicle; and\n(6) state each highway over which the portable building unit or units are to be moved.\n(b) A permit is valid if it is substantially in the form provided by this section.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
