Transportation Code § 623.322","heading":"QUALIFICATION; REQUIREMENTS.","body":"(a) To qualify for a permit under this subchapter for a vehicle or combination of vehicles, a person must:\n(1) pay a permit fee of $900;\n(2) designate in the permit application the timber producing counties described by Section 623.321(a) in which the vehicle or combination of vehicles will be operated; and\n(3) satisfy the security requirement of Section 623.012.\n(b) A permit issued under this subchapter:\n(1) is valid for one year; and\n(2) must be carried in the vehicle for which it is issued.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1135 (H.B. 2741), Sec. 119, eff.
