Transportation Code § 645.001","heading":"FEDERAL UNIFIED CARRIER REGISTRATION; DEFINITION.","body":"(a) In this chapter, \"unified carrier registration plan and agreement\" means the federal unified carrier registration plan and agreement provided by 49 U.S.C.
