Transportation Code § 645.004","heading":"CRIMINAL OFFENSE.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person fails to:\n(1) register as required by the unified carrier registration plan and agreement; or\n(2) submit information and documents as required by the unified carrier registration plan and agreement.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.\n(c) Each day a violation occurs is a separate offense under this section.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 30.152(a), eff.
