Transportation Code § 66.040","heading":"TERMS OF LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES.","body":"(a) A branch pilot's license expires on the fourth anniversary of the date it is issued or renewed, provided that no pilot may furnish pilot services under authority of a license after the pilot's 68th birthday.\n(b) A deputy branch pilot's certificate expires on the third anniversary of the date it is issued and may not be renewed.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
