Transportation Code § 66.065","heading":"RATE DECISION.","body":"Not later than the 10th day after the date of the completion of a hearing on an application for a change in pilotage rates, the board shall issue a written decision that:\n(1) grants or denies the application in whole or in part;\n(2) states the reasons for the decision; and\n(3) states each new pilotage rate.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
