Transportation Code § 662.0035","heading":"FEES.","body":"The commission may set fees in amounts reasonable and necessary to cover the costs of administering this chapter, including fees for:\n(1) the issuance and renewal of:\n(A) motorcycle school licenses;\n(B) instructor licenses; and\n(C) instructor training provider licenses; and\n(2) the approval of:\n(A) motorcycle operation and safety courses; and\n(B) instructor training courses.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 595 (S.B. 616), Sec. 8.004, eff.
