Transportation Code § 67.038","heading":"DEPUTY BRANCH PILOT APPOINTMENT BY BRANCH PILOT.","body":"(a) Each branch pilot, subject to examination and approval of the board, may appoint two deputy branch pilots.\n(b) A branch pilot may appoint an additional deputy branch pilot if the board considers the appointment advisable.\n(c) A branch pilot who appoints a deputy branch pilot without the approval of the board forfeits the pilot's appointment as a branch pilot.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
