Transportation Code § 68.043","heading":"HEALTH AND DRUG CERTIFICATION.","body":"(a) The board may require that certification under Section 68.035(b)(1) be executed annually.\n(b) The board randomly from time to time may require a branch pilot or deputy branch pilot to provide the board with certification by a medical doctor that on the date of the certification the body of the pilot is free of evidence of the presence of illegal drugs or chemicals.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
