Transportation Code § 68.093","heading":"OFFICERS.","body":"(a) The membership of the Brazos Pilots Association shall elect members to serve as officers. The association's officers must include a president, vice president, and secretary-treasurer.\n(b) The officers are elected by secret ballot and by a majority vote of those members casting ballots.
