Transportation Code § 68.107","heading":"RETIREMENT BENEFITS.","body":"(a) The association may act as an employer for the purpose of maintaining an employee welfare benefit plan or an employee pension benefit plan, as defined by 29 U.S.C. Section 1002, for the benefit of branch pilots licensed under this chapter.\n(b) A benefit plan must be established and maintained in accordance with applicable law pertaining to benefit plans.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
