Transportation Code § 680.003","heading":"OFFENSE; PENALTY.","body":"(a) An individual who violates Section 680.002 commits an offense.\n(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by:\n(1) a fine not to exceed $200;\n(2) confinement in county jail for a term not to exceed 30 days; or\n(3) both the fine and confinement.\n(c) Each sale of a motorcycle in violation of this subchapter is a separate offense.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
