Transportation Code § 681.0031","heading":"APPLICANT'S IDENTIFICATION.","body":"(a) The applicant shall include on the application the applicant's:\n(1) driver's license number or the number of a personal identification card issued to the applicant under Chapter 521;\n(2) military identification number; or\n(3) driver's license number of a driver's license issued by another state or country if the applicant is not a resident of this state and is seeking medical treatment in this state.\n(b) The county assessor-collector shall record on any disabled parking placard issued to the applicant the following information in the following order:\n(1) the county number assigned by the comptroller to the county issuing the placard;\n(2) the first four digits of the applicant's driver's license number, personal identification card number, or military identification number; and\n(3) the applicant's initials.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1353, Sec. 3, eff.
