Transportation Code § 682.006","heading":"CITATION OR SUMMONS.","body":"(a) A citation or summons issued for a vehicle parking or stopping civil offense under this chapter must:\n(1) provide information as to the time and place of an administrative adjudication hearing; and\n(2) contain a notification that the person charged with the civil offense has the right to an instanter hearing.\n(b) The original or any copy of the summons or citation shall be kept as a record in the ordinary course of business of the municipality and is rebuttable proof of the facts it contains.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
