Transportation Code § 69.065","heading":"RATE DECISION.","body":"Not later than the 10th day after the date of the completion of a hearing on an application for a change in pilotage rates, the board shall issue a written decision that:\n(1) grants or denies the application wholly or partly;\n(2) states the reasons for the decision; and\n(3) states each new pilotage rate.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 745, Sec. 1, eff.
