Transportation Code § 70.021","heading":"RULE OR RATE CHANGE.","body":"(a) The board shall give at least 10 days' notice as provided by this section before the board adopts a rule or changes a pilotage rate.\n(b) The board shall mail the notice and a copy of the proposed rule or change by registered mail to:\n(1) the designated office of the Aransas-Corpus Christi Pilots; and\n(2) all known consignees and all known associations of consignees operating in Nueces County.\n(c) The board shall post a copy of the proposed rule or change at the Nueces County courthouse for public inspection.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 359, Sec. 4, eff.
