Transportation Code § 703.003","heading":"NONRESIDENT VIOLATOR COMPACT ADMINISTRATOR.","body":"(a) The office of nonresident violator compact administrator is created.\n(b) The governor shall appoint the compact administrator with the advice and consent of the senate to a two-year term that expires on February 1 of each odd-numbered year.\n(c) The compact administrator is entitled to compensation and reimbursement for expenses as provided by legislative appropriation.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
