Transportation Code § 71.151","heading":"APPLICABILITY OF PILOTAGE CHARGES TO CERTAIN VESSELS.","body":"(a) Pilotage charges under this chapter do not apply to:\n(1) a vessel of 20 tons or less; or\n(2) a vessel that is excepted by a federal statute or regulation.\n(b) Notwithstanding Subsection (a), pilotage charges under this chapter apply to an autonomous vessel of any gross tonnage.\nAdded by Acts 2025, 89th Leg., R.S., Ch. 821 (S.B. 1353), Sec. 2, eff.
