Transportation Code § 722.010","heading":"FILING OF INFORMATION.","body":"(a) Each automobile club shall file a certified copy of its service contract with the secretary of state.\n(b) If an automobile club provides participation in a group accidental injury or death policy, the club shall file with the service contract a copy of the certificate of participation.\n(c) An automobile club shall file with the secretary of state any change to the service contract.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
