Transportation Code § 728.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Employer\" means a person who:\n(A) owns a facility that sells or offers for sale motor vehicles; or\n(B) has the authority to determine the hours of operation of the facility.\n(2) \"Motor vehicle\" means a self-propelled vehicle of two or more wheels designed to transport a person or property.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
