Transportation Code § 730.0122","heading":"SALE PROHIBITED.","body":"(a) A person may not sell to a person who is not an authorized recipient personal information obtained by an agency in connection with a motor vehicle record.\n(b) A person commits an offense if the person violates Subsection (a).
