Assistance provided by the railroad commission may include aid to a municipality on a matter pending before the railroad commission, a court, or the municipality's governing body, such as making a staff member available as a witness or otherwise providing evidence.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
