Utilities Code § 102.151","heading":"SCHEDULE FILINGS.","body":"(a) A gas utility shall file with each regulatory authority schedules showing all rates that are:\n(1) subject to the regulatory authority's original or appellate jurisdiction; and\n(2) in effect for a gas utility service, product, or commodity offered by the gas utility.\n(b) The gas utility shall file as a part of the schedules required under Subsection (a) each rule or regulation that relates to or affects:\n(1) a rate of the gas utility; or\n(2) a gas utility service, product, or commodity furnished by the gas utility.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
