Utilities Code § 104.253","heading":"RULE OR STANDARD.","body":"(a) A gas utility may file with the regulatory authority a standard, classification, regulation, or practice the utility follows.\n(b) The standard, classification, regulation, or practice continues in force until:\n(1) amended by the utility; or\n(2) changed by the regulatory authority as provided by this subtitle.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
