Utilities Code § 121.208","heading":"PIPELINE SAFETY ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY: PAYMENT OF PENALTY.","body":"Not later than the 30th day after the date the railroad commission's decision or order imposing an administrative penalty becomes final as provided by Section 2001.144, Government Code, the person charged with the violation shall:\n(1) pay the penalty in full; or\n(2) if the person seeks judicial review of either the amount of the penalty or the fact of the violation, or both:\n(A) pay the penalty to the railroad commission for placement in an escrow account; or\n(B) give to the railroad commission a supersedeas bond in a form approved by the railroad commission for the amount of the penalty that is effective until all judicial review of the order or decision is final.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
