Utilities Code § 121.504","heading":"NOTICE OF TEST.","body":"(a) A person responsible for a school facility shall provide written notice to the school's supplier specifying the date and result of each pressure test or other inspection.\n(b) The supplier shall maintain a copy of the notice until at least the first anniversary of the date on which the supplier received the notice.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 62, Sec. 18.14(a), eff.
