Utilities Code § 123.023","heading":"CONTRACT FOR NATURAL GAS.","body":"(a) A supplier and an agriculture energy user may by contract establish a price and other terms of service for the furnishing of natural gas.\n(b) A contract under this section must be negotiated in good faith and the result of arm's-length bargaining between the parties.\n(c) Each party shall provide information and maintain records as reasonably necessary for the contract.\n(d) A price charged to an agriculture energy user under the contract may not exceed the price charged to a majority of the supplier's commercial users or other similar large-volume users.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
