Utilities Code § 161.057","heading":"ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING.","body":"(a) After the certificate of incorporation is issued, the incorporators of an electric cooperative shall meet to adopt bylaws, elect officers, and transact other business that properly comes before the meeting.\n(b) A majority of the incorporators shall call the organizational meeting.\n(c) The incorporators calling the organizational meeting shall give at least three days' notice of the meeting by mail to each incorporator.
