Utilities Code § 162.069","heading":"WAIVER OF NOTICE.","body":"A person entitled to notice of a meeting may waive notice in writing either before or after the meeting. If a person entitled to notice of a meeting attends the meeting, the person's attendance constitutes a waiver of notice of the meeting, unless the person participates in the meeting solely to object to the transaction of business because the meeting is not legally called or convened.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
