Utilities Code § 162.152","heading":"PRESENTATION AND APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT.","body":"(a) A proposed amendment to the articles of incorporation must be presented to a meeting of the members. The notice of the meeting must state the proposed amendment or must have the proposed amendment attached to it.\n(b) A proposed amendment, with any changes, may be approved only on the affirmative vote of at least two-thirds of the members voting on the question at the meeting.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
