Utilities Code § 163.055","heading":"RE-CREATION OF AGENCY.","body":"(a) The public entities that create an agency may by concurrent ordinances re-create the agency by adding or deleting, or both, a public entity.\n(b) The public entities may not re-create an agency if the re-creation will impair an agency obligation.\n(c) Re-creation by adding a public entity is subject to voter approval in accordance with Section 163.058.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
