Utilities Code § 163.071","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Agency\" means a municipal power agency for which concurrent ordinances are adopted under Section 163.073.\n(2) \"Bond\" includes a note, but does not include a nonnegotiable purchase money note issued under Section 163.067 or 163.087.\n(3) \"Concurrent ordinance\" means an ordinance or order adopted under this subchapter by all of the participating public entities of an agency.\n(4) \"Obligations\" means revenue bonds or notes.\nAdded by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1162 (S.B. 776), Sec. 3, eff.
