Utilities Code § 181.062","heading":"TELEGRAPH CONNECTIONS.","body":"A telegraph company engaged in business at the same location or in the same municipality as another telegraph company shall provide:\n(1) means through which a message may be transferred to the lines of the other telegraph company at common locations and transmitted to the message's final destination; and\n(2) facilities to assure the transfer of a message in compliance with this section.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
