Utilities Code § 181.066","heading":"APPEAL.","body":"(a) A telegraph company ordered to transfer messages under this subchapter has the right to appeal to the court having jurisdiction over the matter.\n(b) If the court finds that the telegraph company had reasonable grounds for bringing the appeal, the court shall suspend any penalty imposed under this subchapter until the appeal is finally determined.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
