Utilities Code § 181.083","heading":"AUTHORITY TO CONSTRUCT LINE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.","body":"A telephone or telegraph corporation may enter land in which a private person or a corporation owns a fee or lesser estate to:\n(1) make a preliminary survey or examination to prepare for the construction of a telephone or telegraph line;\n(2) change the location of a part of a telephone or telegraph line as necessary; or\n(3) construct or repair a telephone or telegraph line.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
