Utilities Code § 181.087","heading":"USE OF ANOTHER'S TELEGRAPH LINE.","body":"(a) A telegraph corporation may:\n(1) lease the telegraph line of another telegraph corporation;\n(2) as the result of a lease or purchase, attach to its telegraph line the telegraph line of another telegraph corporation; or\n(3) join with any other corporation or association to construct, lease, own, use, or maintain a telegraph line.\n(b) An action under Subsection (a)(3) must be taken in accordance with an agreement made by the directors or managers of the telegraph corporations.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
