Utilities Code § 183.006","heading":"CRIMINAL PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates this chapter.\n(b) An offense under this section is punishable by:\n(1) a fine of not less than $25 and not more than $200;\n(2) confinement in jail for not less than six months and not more than one year; or\n(3) both the fine and confinement.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
