Utilities Code § 186.033","heading":"DISPOSITION OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT.","body":"(a) A peace officer may seize equipment described by Section 186.032(a)(2) under a warrant or incident to a lawful arrest.\n(b) If the person who possessed equipment seized under Subsection (a) is convicted under Section 186.032, the court entering the judgment of conviction shall order the sheriff to destroy the equipment.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
