Utilities Code § 36.104","heading":"EARLY EFFECTIVE DATE OF RATE CHANGE.","body":"(a) For good cause shown, the regulatory authority may allow a rate change, other than a major change, to take effect:\n(1) before the end of the 35-day period prescribed by Section 36.102; and\n(2) under conditions the regulatory authority prescribes, subject to suspension as provided by this subchapter.\n(b) The electric utility shall immediately revise its tariffs to include the change.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
