Utilities Code § 36.154","heading":"DEADLINE.","body":"(a) The regulatory authority shall make a final determination not later than the 185th day after the date the electric utility files the rate-filing package required by Section 36.153.\n(b) The deadline prescribed by Subsection (a) is extended two days for each day the actual hearing on the merits of the case exceeds 15 days.\nActs 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff.
