Utilities Code § 39.657","heading":"TRUE-UP.","body":"An order shall include a mechanism requiring that uplift charges be reviewed and adjusted at least annually, not later than the 45th day after the anniversary date of the issuance of the debt obligations, to:\n(1) correct over-collections or under-collections over the preceding 12 months; and\n(2) ensure the expected recovery of amounts sufficient to timely provide all payments of debt service and other required amounts and charges in connection with the debt obligations.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 908 (H.B. 4492), Sec. 5, eff.
